A great part of what we do is restore old or damaged parts for people. These are exterior light frames that go to a church in the Blounts Creek area. They were installed years ago and suffer from moisture & water damage. After stripping and re-coating, they are good for another 20 years.
This wheel looks good but there is some damage to the chrome, the original finish is beginning to break down and needs a face lift. Shown right is the same wheel with our wet black finish. Reinstalled this will be maintenance free for many years to come and will not lose it's finish.
Shown left is blasted, right is coated. Locally manufactured small outboard motor mounts for creek boats. We coated this with our Durable White finish.
These are from a local manufacturer, the large box and lid has a Sherwin            Williams Gray Textured finish and the two small ones have a Tiger Dylac                                                               Caution Yellow finish.
Polishing another set of race car headers. The Ceramic Chrome is actualy a glass powder mixed with aluminum spheres in a thick emulsion. Sprayed on it is green, baked to cure and it turns gray. Sanding will remove the scale and show the base which is now aluminum, shown above is hand polishing with steel wool and header high temp polish.
Shown another set of Funny Car Zoomies with a Satin finish Ceramic coating.
These were polished aluminum. When installed on a high performance engine they require a lot of maintenance keeping their look. The coating above is Chrome powder with a 65% clear coat top coat. Now this finish will require very little cleaning to stay just as it is. If you don't like the high silvery look that chrome powder displays then a simple polished and top clear coated finish may be just what you want.
From the shelf through our blaster and coated with our Black textured finish.
