This is our Satin Black finish on this set of Chevy wheels. They cam out sharp.
This is a set of bike wheels coated with Tropic Orange. They have a Chrome Base and really came out hot looking. If you roll these, they change colors as the turn. You can see the copper shine through.
These were the peg & lever set, this picture was not taken in the same sunlight setting and appear darker but they were the same.
These are a short set of Zoomies Ceramic coated and polished with a Chrome finish.

This set of wheels has come a long ways from the way we got them. The lips were so bad a tire would not seal (shown left). After surface repair and coating (right) This is now a nice set and looks new again.

I love the fabricated sheet metal rear ends. This one is for a 1956 Chevy show car so we took out all of the surface blemmishes and after masking coated it with Chrome and a 99% Wet Clear top coat.
This is a set of original 1954 MG-TF sports car wheels. They came to us with many coates of spray paint through the years and plenty Flat tire fix glue inside. After our prep and coating, they look new again and will look sharp on this restored sports car.
We get wheels from all over North Carolina. Not all of them look like these but most do have major surface damage and like always we bring the surface back to an amazing finish and after coating to our customers color choice, They always look fantastic or we will not let them out of our shop until we are satisfyed with our work.
We have a choice of 2 small ovens for parts this size. This one will hold 5-15", 4- 22's or 4-24" wheels at the same time making is a one step coating process for us.
Auto finishes do not hold up on wheels. Powder coating is baked on hard at 425 deg's and will hold up 5 years or better where wet paint will only last a few years if that long. ( our track record is about 40 wheels a month again proving our process)

This is a wide modified bike wheel coated with our Black Chrome finish. This is a hot looking color and looks wet as you can see reflections so clearly.
We strip and recoat lots of Really old, 75 to 90 year old Model-A wheels and recoat them back to the factory colors.
