The masking off of RF contact areas is by Teflon tape and aluminum foil for non coated areas. These are pretty large boxes that hold this equipment.

Bach oven sizes are :
1 - 4.5 ft wide x 4.5 ft deep x 7.5 ft long horizontal ( gas fired 1,500 degs-250k BTU).
2 - 3 ft high x 4 ft deep x 8 ft long horizontal ( gas fired 800 degs-250k BTU).
3 - 8 ft tall x 10 ft wide x 20 ft deep floor model ( gas fired 500 degs-1,000,000 BTU).
Each oven is sized to accommodate parts by quantity, size and various weights. Heavy rolling racks and hardened steel hooks (from 1/16”@200 lbs to 1/2” dia.@1,200 lbs & 5,000 lb chains) are used to suspend parts for the coating process. We use high temp silicone rubber plugs for threaded holes and Teflon tape to mask unpainted areas or external threaded parts or bearing and contact areas.

3. We use Gema box feed powder flocking guns to apply all powders, our KV or static settings for powder application is 45k to 60k unless otherwise instructed by our powder manufacturers.
4. Each color in our shop owns it's own application hose to prevent cross contamination of coatings
